WHAT IS MICROBLADING?
Microblading is a form of cosmetic semi-permanent makeup that may be used to improve or create eyebrow definition, fill in gaps, define or correct shape, or even as a full reconstruction if there is little to no hair. A manual, disposable handheld tool composed with very fine needles resembling the shape of a blade (we call it a microblade), is used to hand draw each individual hair and simultaneously implant the pigment into the skin. This procedure is semi-permanent and is more superficial than standard ink tattooing because the brow pigment is distributed to the very top layers of skin.
WHAT IS MICROSHADING?
Unlike microblading, microshading does not tattoo full brow stroke, but rather small points to “shade” in sparse areas. Instead of creating the illusion of individual hairs, microshading fills in the entire brow with light pigmentation through the use of a fine tipped needle. This technique adds shape to your brow and uses a powdered effect to add fullness.
The two techniques can also be combined to get the best of both worlds.
HOW IS IT DONE ?
Our microblading/microshading process ensures that we design a customized shape, look, and feel that complements your face and your personality. Before beginning the microblading process, your eyebrows will be properly mapped and a topical numbing cream will be applied.
WHO IS IT FOR ?
Microblading or Microshading is an ideal solution for clients who have patchy, thin, or uneven eyebrows and are looking for the most natural looking results. However, not everyone is a candidate for this procedure and there are different elements to consider such as skin condition and health.
HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED FOR A NEW SET OF PMU EYEBROWS?
The PMU process takes two appointments to complete. It is normal after the first session to experience 40-60% of fading. The second appointment is called a touchup and takes place 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment after the pigments settled into the skin. In this touchup, we will make any needed adjustments and ensure the eyebrows are evenly saturated with pigment.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
For new clients, Microblading and Microshading is $450. This cost is split into 2 payments, $300 for the 1st session and $150 for the 2nd session (The second session is MANDATORY to ensure perfect eyebrows).
Combo Brows utilize both Microblading and Microshading techniques and is a $50 ADD-ON cost PER session.
Natural fading occurs from external factors such as exposure to the sun as well as internal factors such as the gradual break down of pigments as your body metabolizes it out of your system. Everyone can experience the fading process differently and it really comes down to skin type and lifestyle.
For Brow Enhancements under 1 year it is $200. For Annual Brow Enhancements or Brow Enhancements over 1 year it is $300. This pricing is for Summer Aesthetics clients only. If you have prior tattooing from another artist it is $300, regardless of how long it has been since your original procedure. If correction is needed there is a $100 up-charge.

We also offer PMU Eyebrow Removal. This service uses Li-FT® Lightening Pigment to safely and effectively lighten and remove unwanted pigment/ink. The amount of sessions needed can vary from as little as 2 to 6, depending on the condition of the brows and our goal for them at the end.
This service costs $150 per session.
