Along with the dry skin, Dermaplaning also removes fine vellus hair (peach fuzz), leaving your skin incredibly smooth and bright and creates a smoother canvas for perfect makeup application. It is painless (feels like light brushing) and leaves no downtime.

Will the hair grow back thicker or darker?

This is a common misunderstanding and the answer is no. Dermaplaning will not cause the hair to grow back thicker or darker, this is physiologically impossible.  The soft, fine vellus hair will grow back slowly – usually in about 3 - 4 weeks.

• Not suitable for clients with active acne or those who are on Accutane

• Great treatment for clients who are pregnant or nursing that want a deep exfoliation but are not allowed to use acids or retinols.

​

• Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds to treated areas 2 days prior to treatment (we recommend this indefinitely).
